More than £50,000 worth of class A drugs and cash were found after police stopped a car driving down a Nottingham street. Police stopped a car on Derby Road in Radford on April 18 after it was believed it had links with drug dealing.
During a search of the vehicle, officers found bags full of cocaine shoved down the back of the front passenger seat alongside keys to a property.
Marios Mecani, 24, driving the car, tried to claim the drugs were for his own use. Yet when his address on Alfreton Road, Radford, was later searched, £30,000 worth of cocaine, £20,000 in cash, and large quantities of deal bags were found.
