DALLAS — Hollywood A-List star Denzel Washington went on ESPN's First Take on Tuesday morning to promote his new movie "Highest 2 Lowest."

Apparently, Washington has been a longtime Cowboys fan, dating back to the 1960s. When his beloved Cowboys came up in conversation with Stephen A. Smith and filmmaker Spike Lee, the two-time Academy Award winner didn't mince his words.

"I don’t like what (Jerry Jones) is doing… I respect the owner, but I don’t like what it’s doing to the fans," Washington said. "He’s not thinking about us, the fans. He’s thinking about his pockets. It’s like… there’s the box office and there’s the Oscars. And you ain’t been to (the Oscars) in a minute. At the end of the day, I’m still gonna wear my hat with the star on it."
