MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) — An early morning hotel fire has caused guests to be evacuated in Madison on Wednesday.

Madison Fire & Rescue crews responded to Madison Inn & Suites around 3:30 a.m.

Fire officials told News 19 that firefighters were still on the scene as of 6:50 a.m.

Firefighters are currently still examining hot spots.

According to officials, no injuries were reported during the incident. The building has also been blocked off and no one is allowed inside at this time.

The fire remains under investigation by Madison Fire & Rescue. Please use caution in the area.
