TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) -- Vinik Sports Group and the Tampa Bay Lightning will make a "major arena and community announcement" in a news conference Wednesday.

Tampa Mayor Jane Castor and Hillsborough County Commission Chair Ken Hagen will speak at the news conference alongside representatives with VSG and the Lightning.
