GREENE COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — A car crashed into a home in Greene County on Wednesday morning.

According to a report from the Greene County Sheriff's Department, the crash happened in the 3000 block of Snapps Ferry Road near Gunsmoke Lane just after 7:30 a.m. • Tusculum Volunteer Fire Department • Courtesy of the Tusculum Volunteer Fire Department

A 2020 Subaru Outback reportedly ran off the road, went through a ditch and fence and flipped into the home, causing significant damage. A vehicle parked outside the home was dented during the crash, the resident of the home claimed.

The driver, passenger and resident of the home were uninjured, according to the sheriff's department. The passenger was described as a 4-year-old in a booster seat in the report.
