CARTER COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Carter County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) is asking for the public's help in finding a missing man.

Presley has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return home safely on his own, according to the sheriff's office.
Presley is described as follows: • White male • Black hair, hazel eyes • 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs around 110 lbs
