HOLLAND, MI — A West Michigan hospital has begun a new expansion aimed at improving primary and specialty care, diagnostics and more.

Corewell Health on Tuesday, Aug. 12, broke ground on a 100,000-square-foot expansion and renovation of its health care center at 588 E. Lakewood Blvd. in Holland.

The estimated $43.7 million project will include 60,000 square feet of renovated office space on the first and second floors. A 40,000-square-foot addition will include two stories integrated with the existing building.
