The city of Los Angeles is offering a new place for residents to seek help and avoid being evicted.
LA Mayor Karen Bass is expected to hold a press conference Wednesday at 10:30 in South LA for the grand opening of a new eviction prevention office.

The opening of this office is an expansion of the city’s eviction prevention services that will serve as an addition to the resources that are available to residents both virtually and at the city’s Family Resource Centers.
According to the Mayor’s office, the newly opened Mayor’s Fund We Are LA Crenshaw casework office is “helping connect Angelenos who are currently – or at risk of – facing eviction to every resource available to them. “
