INDIANAPOLIS — 'Saturday Night Live' cast member Colin Jost will be performing a stand-up comedy show in Bloomington .

Jost will perform at the Indiana University Auditorium on Sunday, Sept 21 at 7 p.m. The show falls on IU's family weekend.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 15. Tickets will be available at IUauditorium.com .

Jost started writing for "SNL" in 2005 and has been the co-anchor of the show's "Weekend Update" since 2014. He has won five Writers Guild Awards, two Peabody Awards and has been nominated for 15 Emmy Awards for his writing on "SNL."

Additionally, Jost wrote his debut book, "A Very Punchable Face," which was a New York Times bestseller, and has been published in the New Yorker, New York Times Magazine and the Huffington Post.
