AROOSTOOK COUNTY, Maine (WAGM/WABI) - For some Maine kids, school is now back in session.

Four school districts in Aroostook County opened their doors back up to students Wednesday.

They are MSAD 1, 42, 45, and the Easton School Department.

While MSAD 1 is starting with high school students only, the other districts are welcoming back all grade levels.

Educators say they are ready for a fresh academic year.

“A few new faces within our building. We have a number of new educational technicians, a number of new cooks, but were fully staffed for the district. We’re pretty excited.
