PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Two of Arizona’s largest beer companies are merging to form a mega brewing organization.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal , Huss Brewing Co. and PHX Beer Co. announced they have merged to form a new company, Zonafide Beverages LLC.

The new company will be led by Steve Robbins, current president of PHX Beer Co. Robbins told the Phoenix Business Journal that even with the merger, the two breweries will maintain their own individual brands and unique drinks that beer connoisseurs love, such as the Scottsdale Blonde and Arizona Gold.

Phoenix Business Journal reports that Zonafide Beverages will move all of its brewing to Huss’ production facility in Tempe.

Both companies posted a brief statement on social media , teasing the new partnership.
