NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A Fort Campbell soldier has been arrested on child exploitation charges, according to the Department of Justice.

On Wednesday, a criminal complaint was filed charging U.S. Army Soldier Robert Cecilio, 39, of Clarksville, with child exploitation offenses.

Court documents from May 1, 2024, to the present day show Cecilio was communicating with at least three minor girls using Snapchat. He is accused of asking the victims to send nude photos and videos of themselves.

According to the DOJ, records obtained from Snapchat show more than 8,400 contacts with one of the victims, including messages, photos, and videos.
