Residents of a Los Angeles neighborhood, are demanding action after enduring months of loud train horn blasts from a neighbor. Gary Boyadzhian , 50, has mounted a train horn on his roof and blasts it up to three times a day, reportedly to get the attention of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD). Neighbors described the sound to KABC as "piercing" and "horrific," with windows rattling and disturbances occurring at all hours.

Boyadzhian admits to the noise, acknowledging its impact on his neighbors. "I know it's not fair to my neighbors, absolutely," he told the news station. He claims the noise is a cry for help, though he has not elaborated on the nature of his dispute with the LAPD.
