LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - In October, a conference will be held at Caesars Southern Indiana to help people build financial stability. The person behind this is a Louisville man, who is only 23-years old and has been hustling since he was eight.

Thaddeus Major can often be found working on one of the homes he’s flipping. So far that number is up to 30. He’s used to working hard for financial rewards. Something he discovered at a young age.

“I wanted a remote-control car, and my parents wouldn’t get it for me because I had already gotten one,” Major said.

His parents own Alpha Cheer Gymnastics. He started making and selling hairbows.

“Everyone was buying them,” Major said. “I didn’t think anyone would buy an 8-year-old anyway.”

Major ended up getting the remote-control car within a week.
