PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Acting Rhode Island United States Attorney Sara Miron Bloom said that a Rhode Island man was indicted for allegedly threatening the lives of President Donald Trump, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller.

37-year-old Carl Montague was charged with threats against the President, interstate threats, and threats to assault, and kidnap or murder of a United States official, judge, or law enforcement officer.

Montague was accused of sending a “profanity-laced” post on Truth Social on June 27.
