GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - A Greenville man will spend between seven and ten years in state prison after admitting to multiple drug charges.

Beaufort County D.A. Tom Anglim says Arthur Pippins pleaded guilty to trafficking in fentanyl, trafficking in cocaine, and three counts of possession with the intent to sell or deliver fentanyl.

Deputies started an investigation into Pippins in January of 2024.

A judge gave the man a 7-1/2 to 10-year prison sentence in addition to a $150,000 fine.
