Grimsby resident talks energy security at NATO

The Grimsby resident and president and CEO of Ancaster-based 360 Energy Inc . made a presentation about energy security to a meeting of officials from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Luxembourg City (capital of Luxembourg) last month.

“The theme of the day was how to deploy smart energy infrastructure to NATO communities and countries,” said Arkell, who was the first of 27 presenters.

Arkell, whose company works with businesses across North America and Europe to help them reduce energy costs, lower their carbon footprint and purchase energy more efficiently, said it was the most important meeting of his life, and he had only seven minutes to get his point across.
