LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — A fire broke out at a two-story home in southeast Las Vegas on Tuesday afternoon, sending one person to the hospital for smoke inhalation, according to Clark County officials.
According to a release from Clark County, dispatchers received a report of a fire at a two-story home in southeast Las Vegas just before 1 p.m. The first firefighters arrived six minutes later and found a fire on the house’s patio extending to the walls of the home.
One person was treated for smoke inhalation and taken to a local hospital, officials said. No firefighters were injured in the incident. County officials said fire crews had the fire knocked down within six minutes.
Five engines, one truck, two rescues and one battalion chief responded to the house fire, totaling 29 personnel.
