MADERA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A teenager and a man were arrested following multiple thefts, the Madera Police Department said on Wednesday.
Officers say they arrested 20-year-old Miguel Santos-Gomez and a 16-year-old. The arrests follow multiple vehicle burglary reports that the police department received on Tuesday night.
Following the reports, officers initiated an investigation and identified the suspects through video surveillance. The stolen property was also located and recovered.
The police department says Santos-Gomez was booked into the Madera County Jail and faces felony charges. The teenager was booked into the Madera County Juvenile Hall, and he also faces felony charges. The teenager was also accused of violating probation.
