WESH 2 Investigates has been talking with customers who claim a Lake County pool contractor has taken their money and not delivered on commitments outlined in their contracts.
The contractor, Jordan Bradley Halligan, president of Perfect Pools CFL Inc., has been arrested and charged with moneys received by contractors between $20,000-$200,000.
Halligan’s attorney, Anthony Sabatini, declined to comment for our report.
But documents obtained by WESH 2 Investigates detail a trail of unpaid fines, administrative costs, and restitution ordered by the Lake County Board of Building Examiners.
Halligan was also investigated by Sumter County building officials and is no longer allowed to legally perform pool contractor work in either county.
