Micah Parsons is a name that Cowboys fans will have on their mind day in and day out until something new happens.

Dallas owner Jerry Jones knows it, and he'll certainly be asked about it every time he talks to reporters.

On Wednesday, Jones provided some clarity, except not really.

He spoke about the idea of a deadline for getting Parsons' extension done. One problem: He's not setting a deadline.

“No, not at all,” Jones said Wednesday . “You don’t have deadlines when you’re playing under a contract.”
