LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - After falling just one win short of a trip to the Superdome last season, the Iowa Yellow Jackets are back and hungry to finish the job, but head coach Tommy Johns isn’t letting his team get caught up in what could have been.
“The biggest thing is getting these guys to understand that last year is done,” Johns said. “That has nothing to do with this year. We’ve got targets on our backs now, we’re going to get everyone’s best shot.”
