High-risk sex offender registers Fargo address

FARGO — Philip Davies, a high-risk sex offender, has registered a new address at 2261 32nd Ave. S., in Fargo.

Philip Davies, 28, is described as 5-foot-9, 215 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, according to a release from the Fargo Police Department.

In 2018, Davies was convicted of corruption of a minor in Burleigh County District Court in North Dakota. The victim was a 15-year-old female, the release said. In 2019, Davies was convicted of corruption of a minor, possession of material (sex conduct by a minor), luring a minor by computer and sexual imposition in Burleigh County. The victim was a 15-year-old female.

He is a lifetime registrant.
