DIBOLL, Texas (KTRE) - The Diboll Lumberjacks are coming off an area-round exit in last year’s playoffs, falling to the Franklin Lions 31-14.

But just ahead of the 2025 season, Diboll’s ready to storm back to the top of their district rankings.

And they’ll have to do it with some new faces on the field.

Nine total starters are set to return to the field for head coach Blake Morrison.

Creating opportunities for players to find the starting lineup in 2025.

“There’s a lot of vacancy,” Morrison said. “...right now, the game is fast to them, and hopefully we’re learning and not thinking, and reacting and running,”.

“That’s what we’re trying to do with this group,”.
