A shuttered grocery store property that recently changed hands is being pitched as a new trampoline park.

The Chesterfield Planning Commission is slated next week to review a zoning request that would allow the unnamed indoor recreational venue to operate at 6401 Centralia Road.

The 45,000-square-foot building is a former Martin’s grocery store at Chesterfield Meadows Shopping Center, according to county documents. Before it was Martin’s, the space was occupied by a Ukrop’s grocery.

Additional details about the trampoline venue, such as anticipated opening date, were unavailable. The zoning request applicant, Chen Zhang, didn’t respond to a request for comment Wednesday.
