PAWTUCKET – If you know deep down that you want to leave a legacy, and are seeking the money or influence to make a lasting difference, but aren’t sure where to start, you are not alone.

Many life coaches say they deal with this exact topic often, including Becca Speert and Sasha Cagen. Speert runs Becca Speert Life and Mindset Coaching, of Boston, and Cagen runs Sasha Cagen Life Coaching, of Pawtucket.

Both Speert and Cagen made a point that having a “mid-life crisis” is not something unusual. Speert described it more as a pivot point, or a place for continuing to grow as a person.
