The Endocrine Society published its first update to the primary aldosteronism clinical practice guideline since 2016 in T he Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism . The guideline, which was also discussed during a symposium at ENDO 2025, focused heavily on expanding screening for primary aldosteronism and discussing treatment options with patients, especially those who may be candidates for surgery.
