WOODLAND, Calif. —

A person was injured after a house caught fire Thursday morning in Woodland, officials said.

Fire crews were dispatched around 1:12 a.m. to a property on 1st Street just south of Beamer Street.

The fire started in a back room. Four people were in the building when the fire sparked, the Woodland Fire Department said. One person with burns was pulled out and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
