Echo Park — Echo Park Rising returns to the neighborhood this weekend — a free music festival now celebrating its 15th anniversary.

In the meantime, a long list of participating businesses will be hosting performances as well as special deals and events, including the Time Travel Mart, The Echo + Echoplex, the Echo Park Farmers' Market, Little Joy Cocktails, Masa, The Short Stop, and Stories Books & Cafe.

Pets are allowed at the stages and some venues, but not where food or drink is served. The festival is open to all ages, except for certain areas that do not allow anyone under 21.
