Synopsis

Highest 2 Lowest follows David King ( Denzel Washington ), a wealthy and influential music mogul in the rap and hip-hop industry. When King learns a loved one has been kidnapped and held for ransom, he contacts the authorities to track the abductor down. The investigation forces King to reckon with his own sense of pride and belonging in the music industry while also finally feeling the ramifications of a life filled with riches and privilege.
