SKOWHEGAN - - Main Street Skowhegan has launched its new food entrepreneur pathways program to support emerging food businesses across Central Maine—and taken a major step forward in the region’s growing food and farm economy by purchasing 185 Water Street, the future site of The Kitchen at 185, a shared-use commercial kitchen and business incubator.
