TIPTONVILLE, Tenn. (KFVS) - The man accused of killing four family members in western Tennessee appeared in court on Thursday, August 14 via video conference.
During his court appearance, Austin Drummond’s preliminary hearing was set for September 4.
Drummond’s attorney asked for the restraining order against his girlfriend, a relative of the victims, to be lifted. The judge denied the request.
The grand jury will meet in November.
Drummond is accused of shooting and killing Cortney Rose, her son Braydon Williams, her daughter Adrianna Williams and Adrianna’s boyfriend James Matthew Wilson.
