LARNED, Kan. (KAKE) - A judge has ruled that a 35-year-old Great Bend man is not competent to stand trial for an alleged child sexual assault at a swimming pool last year.
Pawnee County Attorney Doug McNett said Avian Rincones appeared in court on Wednesday for a competency hearing on charges of two counts of aggravated criminal oral sodomy of a child under the age of 14 and one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
