KINSTON, N.C. (WITN) - Kinston Gives Back Inc. is having a two-day event for Gavin who is needing a prosthetic leg.

Friday August 15th at 11am there will be BBQ pork & BBQ chicken plates at Wheat Swamp Christian Church, LaGrange NC , Ernie Everett Site Prep & Demolition and The Piggly Wiggly on 258.

Organizers say it’s $12 cash only!

Saturday August 16th from 10am-4pm The Poker Run for Gavin will start at The Beer Barn in Kinston.

The stops are Crossroads Grill and Bar , Frank’s Place and The Proof Kinston .

This is a family friendly day! There will be ice cream, bouncy houses, mechanical bull, raffle tickets and free school supplies packets!
