Police are conducting forensic enquiries after a motorcyclist was injured in a crash in Bedworth . It happened at the junction of Smorrall Lane and Marriott Road.

Officers were called to the busy Bedworth junction at around 3.10pm yesterday (August 13). When they arrived, they found that a Hyundai and a motorbike had crashed.

Medics were dispatched and found that the motorcyclist, a man in his 30s, had sustained serious injuries. He was rushed to University Hospital Coventry .

Witnesses have been urged to get in touch with Warwickshire Police . Information can be provided on 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers.
