CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Students have been arrested following fights outside North College Hill High School that were encouraged by adults, according to Superintendent Dr. Eugene Blalock.

The superintendent for North College Hill School District said the first fight happened Wednesday afternoon, just feet from the high school.

The fight involved not only students, but adults, Dr. Blalock explained.

He said he was able to break up the fight, but another altercation between the students took place shortly after.

The second altercation could have been avoided, he said, if adults had intervened.
