GRAND FORKS – Grand Forks School District leaders outlined four educational pillars for the coming five years during a nearly four-hour retreat Thursday.
The pillars are part of a five-year strategic plan, which intends to articulate the district’s highest priorities. In the draft 2025-2030 plan, the four pillars are: academic excellence, behavioral health and wellness, shared understanding and operational effectiveness.
“We tried to make sure that this document really represented the commitments that we were going to try to infuse across the district,” Associate Superintendent of Secondary Education Catherine Gillach said.
