A holiday staple is preparing its swan song.
The Blenders have announced that this winter's "Holiday Soul Tour" will be their last.
The Grammy-winning, Fargo-formed vocal group has been touring its holiday-themed concerts throughout the Midwest for 26 years, according to an announcement from the group.
They'll make one last run of holiday shows in Minneapolis this December, setting up shop at the Pantages Theatre from Dec. 12 to 14.
While the group won't continue its holiday performances in future years, that doesn't mean that they're entirely calling a quits.
"We would never characterize this decision as 'a breakup,'" says tenor Tim Kasper. "We are stepping away from touring. After 26 years of doing the Holiday Soul Tour — and 35 years together as a group — the four of us decided we
