After 28 years in one job, most professionals have their best practices well in place, and routines are somewhat embraced.

Four years ago, Sarah Deitsch learned about a program circulating in Chabad educational circles called M54: The Institute for Insourcing, adult education for Chabad educators.

She logged onto Zoom for her first session in 2021 and was immediately hooked.
