RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – Most people can understand having a pesky neighbor and how it feels when they've gone too far. That was the case for one couple when their neighbor kept messing with their front door. They called the police, who just wanted to talk with the man, when he answered the door with a knife in each hand.
