A volunteer fire captain in Suffield is facing charges following an incident that happened Friday.

The Suffield Fire Department said John Guzie, 54, was arrested on Monday. He faces charges including disorderly conduct and conspiracy to commit assault.

Guzie was held on a $50,000 bond and appeared in court on Tuesday.
