A person was struck by a car Thursday after running from the scene of a federal immigration enforcement operation at a Home Depot in Monrovia, according to witnesses and a state lawmaker.
State Rep. John Harabedian, who represents the San Gabriel Valley area, said ten people were detained in the operation, one of several over the past two months at Home Depot locations in Southern California. The statement did not include information about the individual's condition.
