Andrew Cuomo is trying to shift the narrative on the campaign trail to the economy — promising, without much detail, to bring jobs to the five boroughs and cut bureaucratic red tape, along with a $1.5 billion fund to attract large employers.

“This anti-business rhetoric, this anti-capitalist rhetoric, is very destructive and dangerous, especially at this point in time,” Cuomo said from the Teamsters union headquarters in Chelsea. “New York needs business. New York is all about business.”
