( 25News Now ) - The Farmington Farmers come into 2025 off their best season in school history. The Lincoln Trail-Prairieland Conference winner, the Farmers went 12-1 and made their deepest playoff run ever to the 2A State Final Four.

They lose all-state QB Lane Wheelwright to graduation, but bring back key pieces like North Dakota recruit Jack Gronewald who’s been a leader on both sides of the ball, and Boston Smith to form a formidable 1-2 pairing on the outside at WR with Gronewald.
