SPOKANE, Wash. – The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Washington announced charges against five individuals for illegally re-entering the United States after deportation. These charges are separate from civil immigration enforcement, the district said in a release .
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said these individuals, all Mexican nationals, have prior criminal records and were previously removed from the U.S.:
Pablo Carmona-Carmona, 47, faces charges of child molestation in Yakima. Previously convicted of DUI, he has been deported twice.
Rodolfo Cortes-Sorroza, 38, was arrested in Klickitat County for residential burglary and failure to appear, with prior convictions for assault and burglary.
