ALTOONA (WTAJ) -- Altoona football suffered a 1-9 season in 2024, the program's worst under head coach Vince Nedimyer since 2019.
Altoona's struggles revolved around its offense, a unit that was shutout four times and held to just 9.1 points-per-game. Senior quarterback Mark Harrington was the team's leading rusher and second-leading tacklers. His exit leaves a lot of questions about what Altoona will assemble this fall, but the Mountain Lions constantly confine to Nedimyer's run-first, stop the run mindset and he said that isn't changing anytime soon.
