MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The Mobile Police Department has announced that two Mobile shootings are related.

On Wednesday, Aug. 13, officers received a notification that a man had been shot in the 1400 block of Boudousquie Street while they were investigating the homicide on McVay Drive.

When responding to the second shooting, officers found a man on the porch of a home with gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital for his injuries.

Investigators identified that man as Princeton Warren, the man allegedly responsible for the death of Eric Brown on McVay Drive. They say the initial shooting stemmed from an argument between the two men.

Warren later died at University Hospital after experiencing a cardiac event while being treated for his wounds.
