LEDGEVIEW, Wis. (WBAY) - It’s now been a full day since a fire in Ledgeview left a family of seven without a place to call home.

The fire started just before 9 p.m. on Wednesday. Officials say it took about 30 minutes to put out the flames.

The Losey family is still in shock after Wednesday night’s fire reduced their home to rubble and charred frames.

It left the family of seven wondering how they were going to move forward

For the Losey family’s eldest daughter, Madison, their house on Agatha Christie Avenue is the only home she’s ever known.

“My parents actually built this house as newlyweds. They built this with the fact that we were going to live here forever, this was going to be our forever home,” says Madison.
