The Roebuck community has a reason to celebrate. City, county, and community leaders gathered for a ribbon-cutting on the new YMCA facility.

This moment comes two years after a groundbreaking ceremony.

The Roebuck YMCA opened back in 1962 and has been a resource to those who needed it most.

During the event, Terri Harvill, the Chief Social Impact Officer, was passionate about what the organization has done for the community. Her time with the YMCA dates back to the early 1990s. Therefore, she knows firsthand how the organization has been a help for those in need.
