Tunnel Hill, GA-(WDEF-TV) Northwest Whitfield opened their season on Thursday evening with a 35-13 win over cross-town rival Coahulla Creek. The Bruins raced out to a quick 14-0 lead on a Gavin Knuckolls touchdown pass and a Knuck olls touchdown scramble. Northwest built a 35-0 advantage before settling for the 35-13 win.
